Boltzee review - It's curious and notorious too!

Boltzee Review:

Boltzee is one of the premiums which was considered one of the most powerful miscrits back in those days when Volcano Island was released.

Stats are fine with two strong, two random and two moderate. Defenses are quite unpredictable with both being random. The lack of max or elite stats was a bit disappointing.

Skillset wise there is max power ( boost both attacks) , sludge ( lowers foe's defenses) and  confuse and the final move shock smash is not that powerful with just plain 25 AP most non-premiums have definitely better AP than this one.

Conclusion: Not that worthy miscrit to train.
