Patchkin is the first ever Halloween exclusive to be released in the game.

Stats are overall good with three max stats, two strong. The only weak point is its PD.

Skillset wise its not that notable with the final moves only dealing a damage of 25 AP other skills like hyper power, intimidation, poison and sleep is there. It lacks negate move skill.
