Minosoar seeks justice, and will go to any means necessary to be sure that it has been obtained. It hides out in the nooks and crannies of the mountains, waiting to ambush evildoers who make the mistake of getting near.

Stats are quite unpredictable with four random stats you do not know how it would turn out to be. Max PA and moderate Speed.

Skillset wise there is merlin's beard ( raises AP), safeguard (boost defenses), intimidation ( lowers foe's AP) and the final move Acrid Smoke does 25 AP damage with 100% accuracy plus a chance to poison the opponent.
