Toro Review and Location.

Toro is one of the rares from Monk Mountain in Volcano Island.

Stats are the worst with three moderate and three random stats.

Skillset wise there is unbreakable ( raises defenses) , hyper power (raises attacks) and confuse. Two powerful final moves one PA and the other EA.

HP: Health, EA: Elemental Attack, ED: Elemental Defense, PA: Physical Attack, PD: Physical Defense, AP: Attack Power or Damage.

Conclusion: Not that good miscrit to train. Stats are simply the worst.
