Stats are quite unpredictable with four random stats you do not know how it would turn out to be. Max PA and strong Speed.
Skillset wise there is merlin's beard( raises AP), safeguard (boost defenses), intimidation( lowers foe's AP) and the final move Elite Acrid Smoke does 30 AP damage with 95% accuracy plus a chance to poison the opponent.
Conclusion: Pretty good miscrit if the random stats turned out good.
