Stats are quite good with powerful defenses, strong PA, HP and SP.
Skillset are quite ok not that excellent deep sleep would be better instead of sleep. Hyperpower plus a final move that never misses and raises PA by 1 with sleep is an amazing combination but we would have loved it if it was deep sleep.
Conclusion: Nice crit to have in your team.
