Water miscrit from the dawn expansion with elite PA, strong HP and PD. Stats are not that good for this miscrit particularly there are a lot of dawn miscrits with better stats.
Skillset wise its good with moves like well rounded which raises all stats by 8, DoT move plus a final move that hits multiple times without missing.
Good miscrit only but I will not suggest this to have in your team, many miscrits are far better than this one.
