Hydro is one of the arena tournament rewards for season 8.

Stats are ok with elite EA and good defenses. The only moderate stat being HP.

Skillset wise there is tears, max power, negate move and bright lights. The final EA move does 39 AP damage and hits multiple times with 100% accuracy.
