Enchanted Tiki Island is the new zone in Volcano Island which can be freely accessed all you need to do is just take the small boat which is located in the harbour near the big boat that you just took to reach volcano island. If you have the teleport trait you can easily access it.

Twilly is one of the most powerful miscrits with superb stats. You can just search it in the area there to find it in Tiki Island. Nature and wind element miscrit.
